Tanzanite Blue is a precious and semi-precious gemstones wholesale and retailer. We provide in-trade services such as faceting and polishing and grinding of beads and bangles. We also do retail of jewellery made out of our fine collection of gemstones.

Orders

Subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery confirmed by way. Full payment has to be made and proof emailed to us before your order can be dispatched.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Tanzaniteblue via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Tanzaniteblue separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. We Tanzaniteblue will never share your personal details with any third party no matter the circumstances.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Tanzaniteblue takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Tanzaniteblue is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Tanzaniteblue will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2 % administration fee.

Processing time

The time needed for preparation of an order for shipping varies for customised orders. 

Estimated shipping times

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery details confirmed by email.

North America: 5-8 business days

Europe: 5-8 business days

We strive to meet these shipping estimates however, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tanzanite blue will not be responsible for delays at your local customs. 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations logged within 24hrs of delivery.

We advise our customers to contact us as soon as they have received a faulty order.

Buyers may request a cancellation and refund within: 3 hours of purchase. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2% administration fee

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective; We cannot accept returns for,

• Customised or personalised orders.
• Items on sale. However, we do offer repairs for customized products where possible.
• buyers will be responsible for returns shipping fee. 

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Tanzaniteblue chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature contact us .

Variation
Tanzaniteblue may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
